I don’t shy away from new things. I joined the Treehouse team as a customer support representative but soon found myself taking on the duties of a sales rep. I was happy to make the transition because I knew that is what the team needed.
I have five years of experience working with kids, which has taught me patience and empathy, I am always mindful of others' feelings and look to make people comfortable.
When it comes to solving problems, I’m process-oriented. No matter how last minute or small a problem may seem, I will make it my mission to solve it for your company for today and tomorrow.

Using Facebook Ad Manager I went through the process of creating a Facebook ad for Beyond Meat. The graphics in the ad were created with Adobe Illustrator.
After discovering Smallhold does not have a blog on their website, I created one for them and wrote 4 posts to get them started.
I used LinkedIn Sales Navigator I find people who are responsible for planning and organizing company retreats or events. These people would love to know about the cheap getaway options HipCamp offers.
Using conversation maps and customer journey maps I created possible questions and answers for Impossible Foods. This will decrease customer support response time which will directly benefit the customers.
