Inspired by the Greek goddess of the hearth and family, Hestia is a wellness application designed to enhance my connections with family and friends and promote self-care.

I have longed to have some form of command centre for my life. Somewhere I visit and have a quick overview of my life, primarily my relationship with people, their details, notes, checking-in etc. Hestia is my attempt at this.

V1 (MVP)

The MVP is meant to be simple.

Main Features

1. Dashboard
   • Shows a list of upcoming activities.
   • Shows your recent notes and mood log.
   • It allows you to log your mood.
2. Contacts
   • Shows a graph of your relationships.
   • Reminders and notes specific to a contact.
3. Note-taking
   • Jot down interactions and thoughts.
4. Reminders
   • A calendar that shows upcoming events and schedules.
5. Mood tracker
   • Log emotions
   • Pr
6. Analytics/Insights
   • Insights/Analytics to provide insights into social and personal well-being patterns.

Side Notes

• You can update a contact’s details.
• Jordan suggested using AI to generate birthday gift ideas for people based on notes taken about them, and I will consider that.
• There isn’t a splash of colour yet and I am trying to see how to infuse that into it.

A mobile app might be more appropriate for this but I am going web first because of the initial overhead. Then, if the demand and engagement justify it, I will develop a mobile app to provide a more personalized and convenient user experience.

Again, this is primarily a product for myself, so I plan to make it a simple, fun, engaging and witty place. Monetization is a by-product so I hope that it gets acquired.
