I launched Hero Tech Course in Berlin, an international Kotlin and Spring training program. Out of 383 applicants, 16 trainees were selected through a mission-based pre-course, and all completed the program.
The course is built around missions, team projects, and structured feedback rather than lectures. Participants build backend systems using Kotlin and Spring, deploy services, and improve their code through iterative reviews. This approach helps developers gain practical experience and develop strong engineering habits.
This program represents the international expansion of this Kotlin education model, bringing the same curriculum and feedback-driven approach to developers outside Korea.
