Objective

Identify non-Poppins hero/display font instances and apply the approved Georgia/Times hero H1 treatment to old single-image hero blocks without touching live published WordPress content.

What Was Done

• Refreshed the local staging package at /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/Repos/sail-seo/Website_project/hero-h1-georgia-swap-2026-06-03.
• Read 547 published WordPress records through REST edit-context reads: 338 pages and 209 posts.
• Staged 360 old single-image .sa-hero H1 candidates locally: 176 pages and 184 posts.
• Staged 686 targeted CSS declaration changes from Poppins to Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif.
• Kept body copy, navigation, forms, cards, trust bars, CTA text, and regular headings in Poppins.
• Parallel worker applied the same local-only direction to two sail-marketing preview/draft files.

QA

• Recomputed all 360 patched files from backups using the staging script patch function.
• Result: 686 declarations, 0 mismatches.
• Confirmed 0 remaining targeted .sa-hero h1 Poppins declarations in patched files.
• Captured 8 desktop/mobile screenshots across 4 representative local/patch pages.
• Computed font passed on all 8: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif.
• Horizontal overflow passed on all 8.

Important Boundaries

No live WordPress post_content was modified. The 360 WP changes are staged locally only because they affect published pages/posts and require the normal approval-gated deployment path.

Other non-Poppins instances remain on 75 pages/posts, mostly Fraunces or display-token component families on About, Results, Contact, Team, newer CVA heroes, BSG/result modules, and Spanish pages. Those were not bulk-swapped because they are separate component families.
