I'm an Executive & Operations Assistant who specializes in turning overwhelmed founders and busy executives into people who actually leave work on time. Not by doing more but by building smarter.

Here's the thing most assistants won't tell you: the problem usually isn't your workload. It's that your systems, inbox, and calendar are running you instead of the other way around. That's my specialty, flipping that.

I run the operations layer. Calendar management, inbox zero, project coordination, CRM, vendor follow-ups, reporting, the full stack of things that are critical but shouldn't be on your plate.

I make things stay fixed. Anyone can clear a backlog. I build the process that stops it from coming back.

I've supported executives across time zones, managed remote teams, coordinated cross-functional projects, and built operational frameworks from scratch. I work with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Asana, and whatever else your stack needs.
