1 Bend knees, turn flag thumbs up clockwise, left arm will come in front of you in preparation to bring it up into an angle to your left
2 Legs straight, cinnamon roll on left fist, straight arm, flag cradled in right arm, make sure your flag angle and your left arm angles are equal
3-4 Both arms come down after coming up and you will turn to your left, flag swooping down and then up. Your left arm will come up parallel to your flag when your flag hits a 45 degree angle. Right foot will be popped as soon as you face to your left.

5 Bring left arm in close to you and mirror that with your flag like this:

6 Push flag and arm out again, this move will be like your are pumping your flag. Make sure to make this part of the move emphasized.

7 Left arm comes down to your hip, depending on routine, your arm will be bent and either be in a fist at your hip or you will grab your hip. For band songs, left hand should be in a fist. Your flag will come down and hit a 45 degree angle pointing down, do not overshoot your flag.

8 Move flag up from its lowered angle and stop your flag as soon as it makes another 45 degree angle but on top now.
1 Instead of turning around, like in regular hell, you will move your feet back facing front and hold your flag up and in place while it is cradled in your arm:
And them spin it clockwise so that your flag starts to become un-cradled in your right arm. On one it should point down:

2 Flag points up during spin, and is still at a slight angle behind you while unwinding
3 Flag is swooped down in front of you

4 Flag is returned to ready position
