1 Bend knees, turn flag thumbs up clockwise, left arm will come in front of you in preparation to bring it up into an angle to your left

2 Legs straight, cinnamon roll on left fist, straight arm, flag cradled in right arm, make sure your flag angle and your left arm angles are equal

3-4 Both arms come down after coming up and you will turn to your left, flag swooping down and then up. Your left arm will come up parallel to your flag when your flag hits a 45 degree angle. Right foot will be popped as soon as you face to your left.

7 Left arm comes down to your hip, depending on routine, your arm will be bent and either be in a fist at your hip or you will grab your hip. For band songs, left hand should be in a fist. Your flag will come down and hit a 45 degree angle pointing down, do not overshoot your flag.

8 Move flag up from its lowered angle and stop your flag as soon as it makes another 45 degree angle but on top now.

1 Unwind your flag by moving it counterclockwise. Do not face front, keep facing left while you unwind your flag.

2 Flag is pointing up now in the unwind and the flag is no longer cradled in your arm.

3 Swoop flag down in front of you and move your feet another 90 degrees (so that you now face fully backwards from where you started this move).

4 Flag is returned to ready position.
