Project Overview

Heijo is designed to help users effortlessly drop into short, restorative meditations by intelligently scanning their calendar for free time and scheduling "pause" sessions. It offers an ambient wellness experience through both a browser extension and Office 365 Add-in, allowing deep integrations into workplace calendars without demanding user attention.

Services Provided

• Led product strategy, branding, and roadmap definition
• Scoped MVP requirements and feature set based on solo and enterprise user needs
• Architected calendar lookup logic and slot-finding flow
• Designed React-based Chrome extension and Office Add-in shell
• Wrote all UX copy and flow definitions for onboarding and scheduling
• Scoped out future AI integration using GPT-4 for recommendations
