The HEATMAP is a historical version of the DOM, and TAPE combined. The HEATMAP shows everywhere price has been with two brightly colored lines; the bid and the ask.
Passive buyers/sellers are represented on the HEATMAP as colored lines.
Aggressive buyers/sellers are represented on the HEATMAP as bubbles.
The HEATMAP moves to the right as fast as the TAPE is moving. More volume will result in faster horizontal movement.
