- Journaling and Reflections: Any written reflections, journal entries, or similar content you create within the App are stored so that you can access them later.
- Wellness Check Responses: If you choose to complete wellness check questions, your responses are used only to generate an in-app rating or display for your personal use.

- Device and Usage Data: We may collect basic technical information such as device type, operating system, and app interaction data to ensure the App functions properly.

- Onboarding question responses do not affect your experience and are not used for analytics, profiling, or personalization.
