What shipped

• Resources page, ID 30762: replaced three deleted Kadence background images that were returning 404. New image URLs returned HTTP 200 before publish.
• Car Accidents page, ID 30918: converted the mobile-only duplicate H1 into a non-H1 visual heading with role="heading" and aria-level="2", preserving the existing visual styling through selector continuity. H1 count changed from 2 to 1.
• Motorcycle Accidents page, ID 6899: converted the mobile-only duplicate H1 into a non-H1 visual heading, preserving existing styling. H1 count changed from 2 to 1.
• Motorcycle Accidents page: corrected the sidebar Lexington phone link/text to tel:8598888000 and (859) 888-8000.
• Contact page, ID 56: promoted the visible hero heading from H2 to H1 and updated the existing selector so the visual presentation stays the same. H1 count changed from 0 to 1.

Final QA result: 8 checks, 0 failures. All affected pages returned HTTP 200 at desktop and mobile, had exactly one H1, had no horizontal overflow, and showed no remaining local asset issues. Resources no longer contains the three deleted filenames. Motorcycle Lexington sidebar href verified as tel:8598888000. WP object cache was flushed over SSH with wp cache flush; IndexNow accepted the four URLs with HTTP 200.
