We’re looking for a Head of Product to lead the product vision, roadmap, and design language across a premium household brand.
This role sits at the intersection of product, design, engineering, and business — balancing long-term product thinking with commercial growth.
What you’ll do
- Own the product roadmap across existing and new categories.
- Identify unmet consumer needs and build category-defining products.
- Lead Product Design and Product Management teams.
- Define a consistent, premium design language across the portfolio.
- Drive innovation, contribution margins, and new product growth.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing, marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
What we’re looking for
- 10+ years of product leadership experience in consumer brands, cookware, design-led products, or premium categories.
- Strong understanding of product design, materials, engineering, and consumer behaviour.
- Proven experience taking products from concept to market.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with deep execution.
- Founder mindset with strong ownership and decision-making ability.
