We are looking for employee-first, thoughtful organization builder to help make 2586Labs into the welcome home for employees. When hiring candidates, we look for signals that a candidate will thrive in our culture, where we default to trust, embrace feedback, grow rapidly, and love our work.
🛠 What you'll be working on
- Cultural champion: Be a champion of our culture. Help the team understand and live our core values through effective programs that promote morale while achieving our company goals.
- Work closely with every team lead from hiring needs to defining clear job descriptions and the onboarding process.
- Receive feedback from the team and keep a pulse on cultural issues that may be brewing. Accompany the teams to share good practices in the management of teams, projects, etc.
- Talent acquisition: Own and Coordinate the hiring process for new team members, scout the best possible candidates for all open roles, ensure the best hiring strategy depending on the role and country.
- Be the person in charge of optimizing our tools(Notion, Linear, Slack, Google Workspace) and processes for efficiency and transparency.
- Create a system and manage quarterly performance bonuses.
