We're assembling our founding team and looking for a Head of Narrative & Design to own the quality and fun of our games — the systems, stories, and experiences that make people want to keep playing.

What We're Building

A ScreenFree experience platform with early-internet energy — people creating their own experiences and connecting them for others to explore.

Our flagship demo content:

• Forgotten Skies — an epic Sky Opera with skyships and retrofuturistic tech
• Military Open-World RPG — tactical, immersive, audio-first

These aren't traditional audiobooks. Our experiences include real game features:

• Inventory and resource management
• Maps and spatial navigation
• Loot and progression systems
• Open world exploration
• Meaningful choices with lasting consequences

All delivered through audio-first interactive storytelling — they can be played with and without screen.

What You'll Do

• Own Game Quality — you're responsible for making our games fun and compelling
• Design Game Systems — progression, combat, resources, risk/reward loops
• Craft Narratives — stories with player agency that work in audio-first format
