Scope of Role and Experience
As Head of Growth, you will:
- Transform UGC into a viral engine: Curate and repurpose hundreds of user-generated videos weekly into platform-specific content for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and the company’s own “Lens” experience marketplace.
- Build multi-platform distribution loops: Leverage written UGC (itineraries, reviews, pro tips) to generate visibility across Reddit, review sites, and community hubs — creating sustainable, self-reinforcing growth channels.
- Develop and lead a creator network: Recruit and manage a community of content creators to amplify user stories, promote local experiences, and bring new energy to the brand narrative.
- Analyze and optimize performance: Use data-driven insights to track social and referral growth, measure campaign impact, and refine creative strategy.
- Experiment and iterate: Design A/B tests, pilot influencer campaigns, and identify breakout channels to drive awareness and adoption.
