The Role
You’ll be employee #4 and our first in-house growth hire. Your goal: drive growth across the entire funnel, from acquisition to conversion. You'll own strategy and execution, working directly with the founders on high-impact initiatives.
What You’ll Tackle
- Ad Creative Strategy – Gather ideas and produce creative briefs; collaborate with external creators to ship new ads.
- Media Buying – Run our Meta Ads account end-to-end: budget management, creative testing, performance analysis.
- Channel Expansion – Identify and execute on new UA channel opportunities: TikTok, Google, organic UGC, influencer marketing, etc.
- Full Funnel Strategy – Follow the user from click to trial to conversion, identifying ways to improve the journey, running tests, and monitoring results.
- Data Analysis – Build dashboards, dig into cohort data, and turn insights into next tests.
You’re a Fit If

- You’ve proven you can drive growth—whether for your own project, an employer, a client, or a side project.
- You live and breathe social media culture and have an intuitive understanding of the platforms and algorithms.
- You’re comfortable managing 6 to 7-figure monthly ad budgets and running dozens of creative tests in parallel.
