This onboarding checklist helps you ramp up on team, data, funnels, and experiments — fast.

🛠️ Preboarding (Before Day 1)

• [ ] Offer signed and start date confirmed
• [ ] Access to: analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude), CRM (Hubspot, Pipedrive), landing page CMS, ad accounts, Notion
• [ ] Shared growth plan (if exists)
• [ ] Invited to product, marketing, and leadership syncs
• [ ] Assigned onboarding buddy (ideally CMO, CEO, or PMM)

📅 Week 1 – Team, Funnels & Data

🎯 Goal: Understand product, customers, and acquisition funnel

• [ ] Meet team leads: Product, Sales, Design, Engineering
• [ ] Review key company metrics: DAU/MAU, CAC, retention, LTV
• [ ] Explore Mixpanel / GA dashboards and segmentation
• [ ] Analyze current activation funnel
• [ ] Review past growth experiments (Notion / Sheets)
• [ ] Review website conversion data (landing pages, form funnels)
• [ ] Join a product demo or sales call
• [ ] Create list of initial hypotheses or opportunity areas
