StaffAI is on a mission to redefine how mid-market companies build their revenue teams.

We deploy commission-only AI employees that operate like human reps and are compensated solely on the outcomes they deliver, fully aligned with the revenue impact they generate.

This model lets companies scale their sales and marketing capacity instantly, without adding headcount, overhead, or ramp time.

We are seeking a Token Architect who can lead our finance operations.

What You’ll Do

The AI supercycle will usher in changes across every business convention. We are embracing this movement by pioneering new ways to price our AI agent offering and compensate our staff who each share in the profit of the outcomes we generate for customers. We have bootstrapped to profitability and are now closing a financing round to scale our sales and marketing. Your mission will be lead the creation of a unified “token” that aligns our customers, employees and investors with revenue. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Customer token mechanics
  • Design customer contracts that ensure our “outcome based” pricing model aligns with the company’s revenue and cost savings
  • Automate our tokenization process for calculating outcome based customer lifetime value attribution
• Employee token mechanics
  • Design mechanisms for profit share allocation tailored to each member of the team
    • Design protocols to adjudicate payout disputes
  • Optimize token provisions for tax considerations
• Investor token mechanics
  • Design royalty, equity and debt instruments that most efficiently meet the needs of our operating plan
• Internal
  • Integrate token mechanics into financial reports (P&L, cashflow statement, balance sheet)
  • Oversee financial projections
  • Maintain financials along with budgets for each department

About You

• CFO-level understanding of corporate finance
  • Well versed in topics such as Agency Theory
• Exposure to Web3 and DAO conventions
  • Tokens
  • Smart contracts
  • Governance structures
• Experience in fast growth environments
  • Early or founding employee at a venture capital backed startup
