You’ll Fit Right In If.
- 6–10 years of experience in finance, preferably in startups, e-commerce, fashion, or marketplaces
- A deep understanding of consumer businesses and marketplace economics
- Strategic finance chops — you’re not just operational; you think big and long-term
- Experience building financial systems and models from scratch
- Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership teams
- You thrive in ambiguity and move quickly without losing accuracy
