We are looking for the Head of Engineering to join our team.

Your tasks

• Presale activities with technical, PM and sales teams, update of estimation template, sign-off estimates;
• Architecture of new projects;
• Set up the best development practices and engineering processes across Engineering;
• Resolving technical challenges in ongoing development;
• Participation in projects staffing; help to decide to keep requests in-house or outsource;
• Research, experimentation, creation of proof-of-concepts; identifying primary domains for development;
• Mentorship of the engineering team, participation in the hiring process.

Your experience

• Strong knowledge of the best engineering practices, design patterns, architecture principles;
• 8+ years of experience in web development (Python, JS, React, Node.js);
• Knowledge of AI-related frameworks and services;
• Experience in mobile development will be a plus;
• Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies;
• Excellent English (Upper-Intermediate and above);
• Experience in Presales will be a big plus;
