About Huddle

Huddle is a social marketplace that connects startup founders with expert freelance creators (design, engineering, product people) to get work done. Core to what we're building is our highly-skilled creator community. We're building Huddle to be the "HQ" for the top independent creators in the world: a place they log in often to meet collaborators, find a steady stream of interesting projects and ultimately run their business.

As such, we’re looking for a rock star community manager and strategist to increase our efforts. The Head of Community and Growth at Huddle will have unparalleled access to the world's top startup talent and the investor community, playing an active and integral role in growing our company.

About you:

You’re someone who loves being in the community, creating space for others to connect. You should be obsessed with startups and excited about the creator economy. Connecting people comes naturally to you, like something you feel called or almost obligated to do. You love hosting events, not only because of the energy but because you’re good at production, timelines, and ensuring that the space you create is impeccable. You should also love building relationships with founders, builders, and investors. Ultimately, the community is the lifeblood of our business. Being customer-obsessed means at Huddle means that you’re always thinking of new ways to engage and improve the community.

About the role:
