Scope

• Applies to all employees and to interactions with guests, vendors, contractors, and partners when representing Waverly Stone.

What Constitutes Harassment

• Verbal: epithets, slurs, obscene language, threats, gossip
• Visual: offensive images, posters, cartoons, gestures
• Physical: unwelcome touching, blocking movement, intimidation
• Online: derogatory or sexual content via social media, email, or messaging

Sexual Harassment

• Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for favors, or conduct of a sexual nature that affects employment, decisions, or creates a hostile environment.
• Examples: unwanted physical contact, suggestive comments, sexual jokes, explicit materials, leering.

Reporting and Enforcement

• Report concerns promptly. Confidentiality is maintained to the extent possible and retaliation is prohibited.
• If reporting to the MoD is not feasible, contact the Director of Operations, Andrew Westerlund.
• We investigate promptly and take remedial action when violations are found.

Protection Against Retaliation

• Good-faith reporters, witnesses, and participants in investigations are protected.
• Report any suspected retaliation immediately.
