Halal (permissible):
- Meat from Halal animals, slaughtered in the name of Allah (Chicken, cow, goat)
- Seafood
- Vegetables, Fruits, Grains, and Diary (If no haram ingredients are added)
- Zamzam water and other natural clean water.
- Herbal and non-intoxicating drinks.
