Another Ideathon winning piece: HELEN Health-App

TL;DR: Designed and built a Check-in/Check-out PaaS for Purpose Built Vehicles at the Hyundai Cradle Hackathon — won 2nd Place by combining product research, backend architecture, and real-time vehicle service design.
THE PROBLEM
Purpose Built Vehicles (PBVs) represent the future of autonomous mobility, but there was no unified service platform for managing the complex check-in/check-out lifecycle across fleets. The Hyundai Cradle hackathon challenged teams to design a PBV solution from scratch using only hypothetical data.
MY ROLE
Acted as both Product Manager and Back-end Developer. Researched the PBV ecosystem and competitive landscape, defined the core product concept (a unified PaaS layer covering Data Services, Fleet Services, and Vehicle Modeling), designed all key features, and contributed to the backend architecture for real-time vehicle data management.
