This project implements an end-to-end HR applicant management automation using n8n. The workflow automates the intake, evaluation, classification, and communication process for candidates applying to a technical automation role at AutoInc. The system reduces manual effort for the HR team while ensuring consistent, fast, and auditable decision-making.

The solution integrates form-based data collection, AI-powered evaluation, conditional logic, email communication, and structured data storage.
