I'm Yash and I'm looking for an absolute mad lad performance marketer who's great at running ads on Facebook and Google.

This is for a role in a boutique marketing agency where you'll get to work with top SaaS startups and manage their marketing campaigns.

I do not say mad lad as a joke. If you're the kind of person who thrives when working independently, likes to execute and iterate fast, keeps learning, doesn't quit until something works, moves mountains, etc. - you're at the right place.

Do not apply if you're a boring cat who does the bare minimum and reads Neil Patel blogs. I'm hiring serious talent and will pay above market rate if you know your shit.

🏅 Skills I'm looking for

• Facebook Ads:
  1. Strategize campaigns based on the business' goals.
  2. Actually build these in Ads Manager (write copy, target, set budgets, publish)
  3. Experience with optimizing and making campaigns go from OK to GREAT.
  4. Testing different offers and creatives, suggesting improvements to landing page based on data or intuition.
  5. Bonus points if you can make high-quality creatives in Canva or Figma or wherever.
• Google Ads:
  1. Keyword research, obviously.
  2. Implementing these in the Google Ads platform
  3. Experience with learning from performance data and tweaking campaigns for better results.
  4. Bonus points if you have run Google Display Ads (or are open to learn)

1. Experience with other paid channels: LinkedIn ads, Pinterest Ads, Twitter ads, etc.
2. Experience with any other channels: Social media, Content Marketing, Email campaigns, etc.

4. Used some psychology knowledge to improve paid marketing campaigns.
5. Keep learning new shit every week.
6. Create some form of content (videos, twitter threads, linkedin posts, etc.)
