Despite the high-quality, authentic products being developed across the Himalayas by community producers, Himmotthan faced challenges in communicating their impact and showcasing their products to a broader market. The absence of compelling marketing visuals and storytelling assets limited the reach of their initiatives. The products were rich in values and narratives but lacked modern branding, digital presence, and professional presentation that could connect with urban consumers, retailers, and funders.
In short, they were producing incredible work, but it wasn’t being seen, understood, or appreciated to its full potential by wider audiences.
