43 years old | Teacher

Fourteen years ago, I chose to live and start a family in Foz do Arelho. I have been a teacher for nearly two decades, and for the past ten years, I have also been a hotel entrepreneur, with training in Business Information Technologies, a Master’s degree in Computer Science Education, and a postgraduate degree in Hotel Management.

I am the manager of a family business and Director of the Água d’Alma Hotel, a hospitality unit that provides local employment and attracts thousands of annual visitors, boosting commerce and restaurants in our parish. This business experience has given me a deep understanding of local needs and opportunities.

Between 2013 and 2021, I served in the Foz do Arelho Parish Assembly for the PSD. I took on the responsibility of providing firm and responsible opposition, identifying irregularities that led to audits and legal sanctions. Transparency is fundamental in local democracy.

I am running not out of personal ambition, but out of civic responsibility. Foz do Arelho needs strategic vision for the medium and long term, not just day-to-day management. I believe the AD List, led by Pedro Costa, fulfills all the requirements to elevate Foz do Arelho.

My perspective:

I believe in candidates who do not promise easy solutions, but instead deliver serious work, technical competence, and always put the interests of Foz do Arelho above personal or party interests.

Foz do Arelho deserves a vision for the future.

"Local politics is not about popularity — it is about responsibility."
