š„ Notes on surviving Hell Week:
- You are not allowed to repeat sets
- All workouts are designed using ābase intervalsā so they are adaptable to your speed
- Sets other than those in the set library do not count UNLESS they are a coached masters swim workout (GGTC or otherwise)
- If your pace in a pool is 1:45 per 100 yards or slower, you have the option to swim any 30 minute workout of your choice in lieu of a set from the library
