The Playing Circle provides inspiring meeting spaces in unique locations. We have big ambitions for our proven concept and are now looking for an experienced Head of Operations to help write the next chapter for The Playing Circle. You’ll play a pivotal role in improving, developing, and executing the company's way of working while The Playing Circle moves to the next level.

You should have a reputation for managing operations for various company processes, as well as a proven track record of execution at start-ups or scale-ups. The Head of Operations, reporting directly to the CEO, will drive the core operating performance of the business.

🙋 Whom we are looking for

For this role, we’re looking for someone to own and be responsible for the daily operations. You will be the one to ensure our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people. The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of various company processes.

💼 What you’ll be doing:

• Manage all general and administrative functions and oversee the work our bookkeepers
• Identify and target areas in which the business can improve
• Research and implement new strategies for operational excellence
• Set up the overall structure and tools that maximise the staff’s potential.
• Implement effective methods and strategies to secure organisational well-being.
• Manage the facilities, leases and equipment
• Together with the team, you are responsible for contracts and relationships with vendors and suppliers and any issues requiring outside professionals, such as outside counsel and brokers

🤲 Together with the CEO and the Head of Sales you will work on:

• Strategic planning for hiring and budgeting
• Cross-departmental planning and execution
