Importance: High
Status: Pending build (scoped, not started)
Owner direction captured: Sam wants a dedicated paid-conversion landing page environment, distinct from indexed organic pages.
Why this exists
Sam's marketing runs ~$22K/month through Google Ads (5 active campaigns) plus LSAs. Today most ads point at indexed practice-area pages built for SEO depth, which is the wrong environment for paid conversion. This handoff defines a reusable paid-LP system so every campaign can point at a purpose-built, noindexed, conversion-first page instead of a content page.
This is the broader pattern; the car-accident split (separate handoff) is the first instance of it.
What a SAIL paid landing page should be
- One job: capture the call or form. Nothing competes with it.
- No global nav / minimal nav. Logo + phone only in the header. No mega-menu, no footer link farm.
- Above the fold: message-match headline to the ad, one dominant CTA (Call + form), trust strip (Forbes Best-In-State, 1,000+ reviews, BSG).
- Body: BSG explanation, results/proof, short why-us, FAQ optional, second CTA. Short. Skimmable.
- Fast: minimal scripts, lazy-loaded media, no calculator-heavy widgets unless they convert.
- NOINDEX via meta robots, but crawlable (not robots.txt-blocked) so the Google Ads crawler reaches it and Quality Score is unaffected.
- Tracking: the conversion actions are already fixed (May 28: click-through window 90 to 7 days on all 8 primary actions; phone-call duration 180 to 480 sec still PENDING a manual UI change or the Google Ads OAuth rebuild). LPs must fire the existing GTM call + form conversion events.
- Brand: Aguiar Blue #0B212D, Orange #F89C22, white text only, Poppins 500-700, BSG language, no banned words, no em dashes.
Recommended URL + structure pattern
- Namespace all paid LPs under a consistent, noindexed path, e.g.
/lp/<topic>/ (/lp/car-accident/, /lp/truck-accident/, /lp/spanish/ etc.) or /go/<topic>/.
- One template, many instances. Build once with the frontend-design + sa-split-results-hero + sa-template-reference skills, then clone per campaign with swapped headline/proof to match each ad group's message.
- Spanish LP variant for the Accidentes campaign.
