WHY ME - GVANTSA

I’m Gvantsa—a strategic communication advisor with 15+ years of experience across journalism, PR, internal comms, and corporate transformation.

I began in newsrooms, where speed, clarity, and asking the right questions could make or break a story. Later, working with executive leadership teams, I learned how those same skills unlock alignment, focus, and truth inside organizations.

That mix made me who I am: direct, fast-thinking, and sometimes brutally honest—especially when that’s what’s most needed.

My approach is shaped by the famous Red Team / Blue Team framework: First, we challenge assumptions. Then, we surface possibilities. Only then do we rebuild with focus.
