The Gunpla Log Project Team ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and disclosed by Gunpla Log.
1. Information We Collect
We minimize data collection to respect your digital privacy. Depending on how you use the App, we may collect the following information:
- Local Data (Non-Collected): All your model names, build logs, timelines, paint recipes, and photos are stored directly on your local device. We cannot access this data unless you explicitly use our cloud features.
- Account Information: If you sign up for the Pro/Premium Cloud Backup service, we collect your email address, user ID, and account credentials to authenticate your account and securely sync your data.
- Usage & Analytical Data: We may collect anonymous, aggregated diagnostic data (e.g., app crash logs, device model, operating system version) to help us troubleshoot bugs and optimize Flutter cross-platform performance. This data does not identify you personally.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information solely to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the App.
- Synchronize your build logs across your devices (only for Pro/Premium users utilizing Cloud Sync).
- Improve and optimize the user experience of Gunpla Log.
- Respond to customer support inquiries and technical issues.
3. Data Storage and Retention
- Local Data: Remains on your device until you delete the App or clear your device storage.
- Cloud Data: If you use our Cloud Sync, your data is securely stored on encrypted cloud servers. We retain this data as long as your account remains active. You can delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time directly through the App settings.
4. Third-Party Services
We utilize trusted third-party services to distribute the app and process analytical data:
- Apple App Store & Google Play Store: For app distribution and processing in-app purchases. They operate under their own privacy policies.
- Crashlytics / Analytical Tools: Used for tracking anonymous system crashes to ensure app stability.
