Your stories, struggles, and emotions are safe in this space. Everything you share in therapy is held with deep respect and protected under the Mental Health Care Act (MHCA) 2017. I maintain secure digital or handwritten notes. These are used solely for therapeutic purposes and will not be shared without your consent unless required legally or ethically.

This means:

You have the right to request that I share relevant information with a psychiatrist, doctor, or past therapist — and you may revoke this permission at any time.

When confidentiality may be broken:
