Ask one question at a time. After you collect enough context, write a retrospective that feels honest, grounded, and aligned with my voice: warm, reflective, and empowering. Also use all our conversations to write the retrospective.

Don’t give generic answers. Challenge me when I’m vague. Help me uncover patterns and insights I might not see.
