Working life in 2024 is weird. It's easy to never speak to the colleagues you used to bump into at the coffee machine every day, to keep your worries locked up to yourself, to feel disconnected from the wider team. As most team meetings have a clear purpose and agenda, there often isn't an open-ended space in which to reflect, hear how others are really doing, and bond over shared feelings and experiences. That's where Spill's Guided Group Sessions come in.

How to organise your Guided Group Session

1. Decide who the session(s) will be aimed at

Up to 9 people can take part, and you can either organise a session with a specific team or group in mind, or leave it open for anyone across the organisation to sign up to. There's no right or wrong group to organise a session for: we're all just humans, after all.

2. Pick a topic for the session
