Guest check-in process
Once you have arrived at the property for guest's check-in, swipe ARRIVE. While waiting for the guest, click on the 'Instruction' toggle and read the provided information for parking spots, WiFi password, or special job requests. Please make sure to read through the instructions thoroughly and make sure you don’t miss anything. Be empathetic, as some of our guests might come from a long flight. Make sure you don’t pressure the guest.

- When receiving calls, you will see numbers from other countries different from Australia. Please inform KN support via SLACK if you require any assistance.
- If you don’t understand something written in the instructions, please ask via SLACK and the KN support team will assist you.
ID Verification
- Kindly request the Guest if you're allowed to take a picture of their ID with the keys for verification purposes.
- Capture as much information as possible. KN key-tag should be visible, the guest’s ID (name, photo and expiry date) as well as the number of keys and garage remotes.
- ONLY government-issued IDs are allowed. If you’re not sure if the ID is valid, post a picture in SLACK and ask KN support team for assistance.
