1.Make a colour background and mask it 2. Select you text i am using the Morganite then mask it 3. Go to the texture , i am using watercolor-retro-texture-black-tone select all by Ctrl + A and copy it by Ctrl + C 4. Go to the main design in the channels beside the layers panel you will find the grunge text mask, enable it 5. Then paste the texture by Ctrl + P and then transform it by going to Select > Transform Selection and then disable the grunge text mask 6. Then go to Select > Deselect or Ctrl + D now you can edit the text
