Knock is on a mission to help products communicate with their users in a more thoughtful way.

Building product notifications in-house takes months, often leading to poor user experiences. We believe that—when done right—product notifications help users find value in the products they use every day. That’s why we built Knock.

We're a remote-first (w/ NYC base) seed stage startup of ~7 employees that believe in the power of great software. We're APIs all the way down at Knock—Stripe for payments, Algolia for search, WorkOS for SSO. We're excited to add Knock to that list and to push forward the API-first movement. About the role

Knock is hiring a self-starter to partner with our CEO on growth and operations at Knock.

This is an opportunity to influence the trajectory of a high-growth startup and to have a direct impact on multiple parts of the business. In this role you’ll partner with our CEO on a number of special projects related to how Knock grows, operates, and scales, from Sales to Growth to Marketing to Operations. This is a great opportunity if you want to eventually become a COO or start a business of your own.

You will report directly to our CEO and have the autonomy to run experiments and make decisions. You'll be responsible for reporting on progress towards your goals in weekly meetings with the leadership team.
