About TigerTalk:

Our mission at TigerTalk is simple: help people around the world become their most confident selves when communicating their messages. Built by public speaking coaches, serial EdTech entrepreneurs, and engineers from MIT, UC Berkeley, and Stanford, TigerTalk is an online platform that combines artificial intelligence with human coaching in order to make practicing high-stakes communication seamless, engaging, and rewarding (e.g., sales, customer support, presentation, internal communications, media training). TigerTalk has gained significant traction working with communications coaching firms that train corporate employees, which has already helped us secure strong footholds in Fortune 100s for enterprise-wide deals. Within the multi-billion dollar global enterprise training market, our vision is to become the go-to platform for high-stakes communications training, yet we're seeing demand in other domains (e.g., K-12, higher ed, media training, direct-to-consumer) to indicate that the growth opportunities are endless.

We're an early-stage company of four team members, entirely bootstrapped, and have hit our five-figure revenue goals in just three months. Our vision over the next three years is to become the go-to communications training platform for people all over the world, penetrating a multi-billion dollar market.

Role Title: Growth Specialist

Role Description: Be the first hire of our Growth team, working directly with the CEO to bring TigerTalk to thousands of users. You have the founder mindset who loves doing a bit of everything across the funnel, including but not limited to: lead generation, talking to customers to understand their needs, presenting them with viable solutions, and ensuring their success with TigerTalk. You're comfortable with ambiguity yet are driven to a repeatable process for us to scale our growth. You're insatiably curious and a strong communicator. You're excited by our mission to revolutionize virtual communications training.
