About Ploy
Ploy is an agentic marketing platform that powers all of your digital channels, starting with your website. We turn your site into a growth engine with swarms of marketing agents that proactively drive business outcomes. Ploy is founded by Bryant Chou, the co-founder and former CTO of Webflow.
About the role
Ploy is hiring its first Growth Solutions Specialist to own everything that happens after a deal closes. You'll be the reason customers launch fast, see value immediately, and become long-term advocates.
This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role at an early-stage startup. You'll be equal parts project manager, onboarding specialist, and marketing practitioner — someone who can sit across from a customer's growth team and immediately earn their trust.
What you’ll do
You’ll own the first 30–60 days of customer success after a new client onboards to Ploy. Your job is to make sure customers launch smoothly, see value quickly, and have a clean, scalable setup they can build on.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead customer onboarding end-to-end: kickoff, requirements, setup, launch, and handoff
- Configure and validate the customer’s setup in Ploy:
- Design system / brand system setup
- Knowledge base setup (structure + initial content hygiene)
- Core integrations setup and verification
- Initial “ploybooks” configuration and scheduled ploys that match the customer’s goals
- Turn customer goals into an implementation plan with clear milestones and owners
- Identify blockers early (data, access, content, approvals) and drive resolution
- Build repeatable onboarding playbooks and continuously improve the process based on what breaks
- Be the voice of the customer to Product/Engineering: patterns, gaps, and high-impact fixes
What success looks like
- Customers launch on time with a working, correct setup (brand system, KB, integrations, initial ploys)
- Customers reach “first value” quickly (they can point to a tangible outcome in the first week or two)
- Fewer onboarding escalations and less founder/engineering involvement over time
- Onboarding becomes more standardized, measurable, and repeatable
