We’re hiring a Growth & Product Marketing Manager to own and scale end-to-end growth across our business, product, and revenue engine. You will be at the forefront of our efforts to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will develop and implement growth strategies, manage marketing campaigns, and work closely with sales, product, and analytics teams to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.
This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, product marketing ,demand generation, lifecycle growth, and revenue optimisation. You will design, execute, and scale growth systems that turn traffic into leads, leads into revenue, and customers into long-term value.
This is not a campaign manager role. You will build and operate growth systems: paid acquisition, conversion funnels, lifecycle marketing, product-led growth, and revenue optimisation — all tied to measurable business outcomes.
This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role for someone who thinks like a product manager, executes like a performance marketer, and experiments like a growth hacker.

This role drives measurable business growth through experiments, funnels, paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimisation.
Demand generation, funnel optimisation, CAC control, and revenue predictability - You don’t just run campaigns — you build growth engines.
Growth Strategy & Experimentation Design and execute a data-driven growth roadmap anchored to company OKRs. You'll run a structured experimentation system — hypothesis to sprint to retrospective — using frameworks like AARRR and North Star Metrics to identify and scale high-leverage opportunities.
Paid Acquisition & Performance Marketing Own paid channels end-to-end: Meta, Google (Search, Display, PMax), LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and WhatsApp. You'll manage budget, creative testing, audience segmentation, and CAC efficiency not just report on them.
Funnel & Conversion Optimisation Map the full funnel (TOF → MOF → BOF), identify drop-offs using behavioural analytics (Hotjar, FullStory), and run A/B tests on landing pages, onboarding flows, CTAs, pricing, and in-product nudges. Your job is to improve every conversion point continuously.
Lead Generation & Revenue Support Build scalable lead gen funnels using SEO, paid media, partnerships, and gated content. Define and optimise MQL → SQL → Revenue handoffs with Sales. Manage nurture sequences segmented by behaviour, lead score, and lifecycle stage.
Lifecycle Marketing & CRM Map the user journey from onboarding through to renewal. Build and automate drip campaigns, reactivation flows, and referral systems using tools like HubSpot, Customer.io, or ActiveCampaign. Segment, personalise, and iterate.
Product Marketing Translate product capabilities into positioning that converts. Collaborate with Product on feature adoption, onboarding improvements, and product-led growth initiatives — referrals, free tools, upgrades.
Content & Organic Growth Direction You won't produce content — you'll direct it. Provide data-backed briefs to the content and social teams that identify winning messages, formats, and distribution strategies tied to growth outcomes.
Partnerships & Channel Expansion Build affiliate, ambassador, and co-marketing partnerships that drive traffic, signups, and revenue without ballooning CAC. Negotiate terms, track ROI, and manage performance.
SEO & Organic Search Own keyword strategy, technical SEO audits, content SEO briefs, backlink building, and organic traffic as a core acquisition channel
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) as a discipline A/B testing, heatmaps, session recordings, form optimisation, page speed, mobile UX, checkout flow — treated as a systematic programme, not a one-off tactic.
Brand Positioning & Messaging Architecture ICP definition, value proposition development, messaging hierarchy, or competitive differentiation. Product marketing can't function without this foundation.
Customer Research & Voice of Customer (VoC) Coordinate win/loss interviews, customer surveys, NPS, churn interviews, or user research. These directly feed positioning, product roadmap, and campaign messaging.
Competitive Intelligence Tracking competitor positioning, pricing, campaigns, and product moves to inform strategy.
PR & Earned Media Thought leadership, founder visibility, or earned coverage — all relevant for an edtech brand building credibility.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Planning New product or feature launches — coordinating positioning, launch sequencing, enablement materials, and post-launch performance tracking.
Revenue Operations Alignment Pipeline reporting, sales enablement assets (decks, case studies, objection handling), or feedback loops between marketing and sales on lead quality.
Pricing & Packaging Strategy Testing price points, bundling, payment plans, and discount structures as growth levers.
Analytics & Reporting Own funnel tracking across GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, and Looker Studio. Present weekly and monthly performance reviews to leadership with clear insight and next steps
