Summary
The ideal candidate is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of the company's product & distribution strategies in line with business vision & user needs towards achieving the best user experience, remarkable growth, and overall business profitability.
MenoPays is looking to hire a 'hands-on' Growth & Partnerships Associate to join its team. This person will be responsible for delivering the product to Merchants and end users. He or she will be defining requirements, monitoring product performance while scaling up the business
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the co-founders to ensure the product development goals are met, and the team timely gets the product out the door. Test releases and assure the quality is met before launch.
- Problem discovery: you constantly talk to customers to understand their needs, the next problem to be solved, and validate it is worth finding a solution for it
- Research: you map direct and indirect competition, complementary or comparable solutions in our/other markets, transforming others' ideas into our opportunity.
- Communication: you are the one who puts all pieces together by getting feedback from all product stakeholders
- Identify potential revenue generation sources
- Handle partnerships and relationships with merchants/partners/vendors required for the smooth running of our product
Requirements:
- Proactive, with an innate drive to exploring different options for reaching results, autonomously
- Minimum of 1 year working with tech-based products with a technical, product, or business background
- Strong project management skills: high-quality delivery considering scope, costs, time, and great attention to detail.
