Some Background Regarding the Growth Hack and What is the mindset to change plans from the earlier ones
So for the Growth Hack phase, we are thinking to get in touch with different personas ( which simply means contributors for a specific field or for a specific team which the team needs )
For eg. the team needs a specific engineer for development and currently, we don't have someone who is taking lead on that, what we will try to do is to get the details of that persona ( in this case let's assume Full-stack ) we will scrape out the details of people social media who are involved with this type of groups/pages on Instagram, Twitter and with that database we will make a personalized message, reaching out for help and asking them if they could help out FP ( soon to be DG ) in fulfilling those tasks. This way we are messaging individuals and not liking or following them on social which makes the whole process more personalized and reduces the failures which we had earlier with Twitter.
For this, we are gonna start with 3-4 personas and test with them to see the results. For that can each one of the Coordinators layout the Specialization of the person they think we might need in the team.
