The Role
Rutter is looking for a founding team member for our growth and marketing team to help drive pipeline growth. As a Growth Marketing Manager (Demand Generation), you will be helping build and lead our demand generation programs, and execute on campaigns and experiments across channels to drive revenue growth for Rutter.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven start-up organization that values scrappiness and cross functional collaboration. This person will work closely with the sales teams to drive pipeline and help us hit our revenue goals for the year. They will collaborate with our design team to create new assets. They will coordinate with our engineering teams to ensure all marketing programs have proper tracking and attribution.
You will:
- Increase lead generation and qualification by spearheading our demand generation strategy, inbound lead acquisition and account-based marketing
- Strategize and execute campaigns, engagement and nurturing, advertising, webinars, sales enablement, direct mail, social media, and more
- Be a hands-on manager of paid campaigns, including setting up accounts, creating campaigns from scratch, A/B testing, optimizing assets and targeting, and delivering performance reports
- Utilize Hubspot, Webflow and Salesforce and own and execute demand generation activities
- Ensure marketing data integrity by doing appropriate tagging and tracking to make sure we are able to report on our marketing and sales metrics accurately
- Works closely with Marketing & Sales leadership on broader GTM strategy
Skills and experience:
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience focused on demand generation, paid media, account based marketing and inbound marketing
- Previous ABM experience, implementing campaigns across all channels, AB testing and experimentation
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads and other major platforms
- Experience or familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, Webflow, Google Analytics, etc.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, especially cross-functionally
- A team collaborator who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, and a strategic problem-solver who can see beyond the day-to-day grind to help reach marketing and sales goals
