codedamn is looking for a Head of Growth who can lead Paid Marketing and Growth initiatives, with the opportunity to build and grow a team around this core function as well as take on founding team responsibilities.
At codedamn, we are building the future of learning programming. codedamn enables truly interactive coding education and practice by combining educational content with a fully functional browser IDE for interactive labs and practice -- a 10x experience from learning programming through videos (non-interactive, passive learning) and offline bootcamps (expensive, synchronous).
We create our own exclusive online interactive coding courses, as well as allow individual creators to create their own interactive courses seamlessly with the codedamn stack. Our long-term vision is to completely redefine coding education to be impactful, accessible and collaborative for the next 100 million programmers.
While we are in the early stages of our journey and market validation, we have already secured plenty of user love, with over 60,000+ users using codedamn across 140 countries. We have raised our pre-seed from a top-tier VC and are now looking for a rockstar founding team member who will help lay the foundations of the company in this phase.
