🎪 The role
- You'll own all things Growth at Donut, which will include setting overarching growth strategy as well as channel-level testing and execution
- You'll collaborate with our Product & Engineering teams to closely to optimize for increasing customer deposits, app conversion and retention
- You'll experiment with our Referral mechanism "Boosts", A/B testing various single and multiplayer features to create product lock-ins
- You'll manage tracking and reporting on campaign and creative performance to uncover growth and optimization opportunities
- You'll assemble, lead and mentor a cross-functional Growth team to guide Donut towards Series A and beyond — which will likely involve juggling many specialists (performance marketing, copywriters, designers)

- You have experience crafting and executing a holistic cross-channel Growth marketing strategies and familiarity with key indicators (attribution, LTV, CAC, return on investment, payback periods)
