☀️ The role

We are looking for a strategic-minded, analytical, and hands-on Growth Manager to lead and execute our growth strategy.

You’ll join a small and dynamic team seeking product-market fit and you’ll play a leading role in understanding which elements of our proposition resonate best across segments, refining brand our messaging, identifying and solving frictions in our user journey, testing channels, and developing a growth engine that will allow us to grow scale.

Formally, key responsibilities include:

• Teaming up with Product, founders, and broader team in shaping our growth strategy
• Distilling the strategy into an actionable plan across segments, products, and geography
• Implementing, measuring, and scaling marketing and product-led growth initiatives

🧑‍💻 What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain a backlog of growth initiatives
• Conduct experiments to identify winning initiatives
• Team up with engineering and product in the implementation of growth initiatives
• Team up with founders, product, and other stakeholders in refining our brand identity and messaging
• Lead our content, advertising, and communications efforts
• Implement and maintain product and marketing analytics (e.g Tracking plan, Amplitude, Hotjar, Analytics, Intercom, others)
• Optimize the conversion funnel through product and communication improvements
• Research competitors and industry trends to develop new ideas and strategies
• Recruit, develop and retain our Growth team (as venture scales)
