Subscriber acquisition
- Build and scale top-of-funnel growth across SEO, paid social, search, podcasts, newsletters, partnerships, and content syndication.
- Own subscriber growth targets and CAC across channels — scale winners, cut inefficiencies fast.
- Lead paid acquisition across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube, from creative strategy to landing page optimization.
Conversion & monetization
- Optimize the free-to-paid journey through pricing experiments, paywalls, upgrade flows, gift subscriptions, and team/corporate plans.
- Run continuous A/B testing across landing pages, checkout, and trial experiences.
- Partner with Sales/BD on institutional and B2B subscription partnerships across PE/VC firms, corporate teams, and business schools.
Retention & lifecycle
- Build lifecycle journeys across onboarding, activation, engagement, renewal, and win-back flows via email, WhatsApp, push, and on-site channels.
- Improve retention, reduce churn, and drive payment recovery through smarter lifecycle interventions.
- Define and track leading indicators of churn before drop-offs happen.
Organic, SEO & content distribution
- Work closely with editorial to build a distribution-led content engine without compromising editorial quality.
- Own SEO strategy across technical hygiene, internal linking, schema, and topical authority.
- Scale newsletters into a core acquisition and retention channel.
Analytics & experimentation
- Build a clear source of truth across MRR, ARR, churn, ARPU, LTV, CAC, attribution, and cohort retention.
- Run a structured experimentation pipeline with documented learnings and iteration loops.
