We’re a small, fast-moving team combining psychology, product, AI, and community, at pre-seed stage, based out of London with a hybrid working schedule.
We’re looking for our first growth lead who wants to solve meaningful problems, learn quickly, and build technology that genuinely improves how humans relate to each other.
Your core mission is simple but hard:
Reach out to communities to get new users and get those new users to 3+ meaningful connections as fast as possible.
Village already shows 70% D60 retention once users reach network density.
Your job is to make that outcome repeatable at scale.
